This policy covers autoseo.run and the hosted AutoSEO product we operate. It is written for operators applying for early access, not for a consumer app store listing.

Information we collect

Application details you submit: name, work email, company or desk, site, role, volume, current setup, and the note you write.
Account and workspace data if we later grant access: messages, briefs, campaign status, and files you put on the desk.
Technical logs needed to run and secure the service: IP address, user agent, timestamps, and diagnostics.

How we use it

To decide whether early access is a fit, and to schedule a call if you asked for one.
To operate the product if you are accepted.
To reply to support and meet legal obligations.

Processors

Applications may be stored in our analytics and email tools. Work on the desk may be sent to model, browser, and mail providers only as needed to do the job you requested. We do not sell applicant or customer data.

Retention

We keep applications long enough to review them and contact you. Hosted workspace data stays while the account is active. Ask us to delete an application or an account at the address below.
